Where to stay for a Jungfraujoch trip

You can reach the Jungfraujoch from Interlaken, Grindelwald, Wengen and Lauterbrunnen in under two hours, so the decision is less about distance and more about what else you want from your stay. Interlaken is the best connected town. Grindelwald has the fastest route to the top. Wengen has no cars. Lauterbrunnen sits in the valley with the waterfalls.

All times below come from the operator's timetable and include changes. The Jungfraujoch is a day trip from each of them, so plan the whole day.
